  1. I have been working as a LPN for 3 years and I am starting to feel like I don't know enough to perform my job properly. I have mainly worked in LTC, 6 months at a correctional facility. I have become the dumb nurse at work who screws up everything, at least that's what some of my co-workers say behind my back. I just started at this facility, I haven't even received a full paycheck. I stay over every night 1-2 hours documenting, trying to cross all the t's and dot i's but they always find something to complain about. I am not a softy, my skin is thick but I cry sometimes when I leave feeling like I just can't get it right. I have always had confidence in my abilities to be a nurse but its fading fast.
