    Appreciate all this information. What is apparent from the posts is no matter how long you work for an organization, how many positive reviews you have, how many extra days you work for them (or hours), nor how few sick days you use, when ypou no longer fit their scheme of things, they no longer have a relationship with you and they just do not care. I found that out long ago, and it has held true over 42 years. I need to leave my current job, 3 years till retirement, and I'm going ot explore all the options.
