  1. Yes exactly my situation minus the drug screening and the obstuctiong justice. I only have on my background a misdemeanour assault that I didn even do but because I was in an affair with a officer of the law and broke it off and told his wife the truth he filed the charges on me after he shoved me off his porch. . Yes if I could go back I would but I can't. Jobs are hard to find as is let alone with this situation.
  2. No unable to get them expunged related to privious traffic violations of 4 speeding tickets in one year the judged ruled that the speeding tickets classified me as a prior misdemeanour and that the law stated it could only be expunged if no prior misdemeanour.
  3. Im in ohio and have a similar situation. I was intamitly involved with a corrections officer broke it off and he charged me with misdemeanour asisaullt.! I have been granted a licnese to practice in Ohio but I have restrictions and am finding it hard to find work. Hang in there good luck.
  4. Hello im a new grad with ccurrent RN license in ohio. My license have restrictions on them based on a misdemeanour assault that is 5 yrs old n a dismissed petty theft charge that is 1 yr old. Im currently looking for work and was told by the BON that I would be able to find work if I looked outside the box. Does anyone know of places that will consider me for employment in the dayton ohio or cincinnati ohio area?
