  1. Question about Sliding Scale insulin

    Hello all, I am new to this forum. I have a quick question about SS insulin orders. If you have an order for bg-100/20, and lets say your pt's bg is 145, but the scale doesn't go lower than 150, do you use the scale or calcuate based upon bg-100/20? Thanks!
