Does anyone have any idea when they will or if they have begun sending out the acceptance letters for the Fall? Its crazy to me that they wait so long to tell you. Makes it hard to plan!

I don't think you are allowed to but I could be wrong. I honestly don't know. I didn't see anyone doing it this semester and honestly I don't know how helpful it would be but it's worth asking! That is a LONG drive!! The lectures all come straight...

Oh one more thing....I had also heard something about someone paying for textbooks but that never turned out to be true. And yes it is almost impossible to buy your books anywhere other than the bookstore. There are a few that aren't in the bundle ...

I just looked on the registration page and for Fall there are 28 of the 32 spots that have been registered for....thats held steady for the last several days. So either there are 4 letters unresponded to or people are SERIOUSLY procrastinating!!

I did a double take on that too. I think that it used to be that you applied in feb or march for fall and you had to be done with them. So classes you were taking spring semester didn't qualify you. Now the deadline was pushed back for application...

Hold on == I will check again!! I would guess that some people might not be taking their spots in which case some spring would bump to fall and some waiting would bump to spring. That may be wishful thinking but I cant imagine that there wouldnt be...

On a side note- I just checked and there are 20 of 32 people registered for the Fall so far. I wonder if after tomorrow that means they will be moving some spring people up to Fall?

So what is the GPA used??? It would be nice if they were crystal clear on this and posted it somewhere. They are creating their own headaches that is for sure!!

I bet they leave one or two spots for errors that have been made in the process! Can you imagine if they had to call someone and say haha sorry we made a mistake and are withdrawing your acceptance??? Ughhh that would suck!

Ok so let me see if I understand BIO. 7.21 wasn't even high enough to guarantee a spot in spring??? That means there were 32 people between 7.4 and 7.2 or whatever the cutoff was!! That's crazy! I must've barely made fall then!!!

Are you at the top of list for fall or spring Bio?? Either way I'm sure someone will be going to WNC or UNR!!

I was thinking you could call and say......I have not received a letter which makes me think that perhaps my good neighbor may have been an issue....just so you can know!! IDK! I would be going crazy too!
