  1. Hello- I finally got a part time position at a Nursing Center in Michigan! This is my first RN job and will probably be working the 3-11pm shift...I was wondering, what will most of my time consist of during this shift? Are there still alot of meds to be given?...also, is there enough time to actually take care of 15-20 patients? I am nervous but excited! Any LTC nurses have any tips for time management or prioritizing what to do first? Thank you in advance!!!! :)
  2. Hello- I was just wondering what starting salaries are around for new nurses in nursing homes? I live in MI, but just a ballpark answer would be great. Thanks!! :)
  3. Hello- Does anyone know what hospitals/companies are hiring new RNs? I live in metro-detroit area and have applied to over 100 positions and nothing!! I have my BSN and license too...any help would be great!
