  1. Today I celebrate my 1st year of being a nurse. My first job as an RN was at a surgical/surgical step-down unit for 6 months. After which, I accepted a position as a Cardiovascular/Telemetry nurse and I've been working there since (almost 9 months now). Recently, I've been thinking of venturing to different units (ICU/ OR/ Dialysis/ Onco) but I have fears. I am in my first year of being nurse and still I have butterflies going to work. Any advice?
