  1. Words of Advice? Recently accepted into OR training program

    Jess.RN posted a topic in Operating Room
    I recently got accepted into a new grad OR training program and was wondering if anyone has some advice? It is a 6 month training program where I will learn how to scrub and circulate-which I am very excited about! I've read a lot about starting in the OR and I know its not going to be a walk in the park. Any advice on how to be successful in the OR and impress my new co-workers would be greatly appreciated :)
