  1. I suggest start a new topic where everyone under the new NMC registration process will be gathered there.
  2. You could secure a job offer even before you get your DL.
  3. Nurses, Please do not compare your application timeline to other applicant's application timeline process even you have the same queue date. Every application differs from one another. If you will keep doing what you're doing, you're giving yourself more stress and anxiety. Save yourself from this. I know waiting is hard. I've been there. But I tell you, patience and prayers work better than asking who got his/her DL, or what other applicant's QD is. You've already done your part. All you can do now is have patience. Lots of it. And keep your faith burning. Y'all gona have your DL in God's time. Good luck to all applicants!
  4. ALL forms are barcoded and are exclusive to every applicant. Best action is call the NMC for your concerns.
  5. May I know the name of your Trust? If you don’t mind me asking. Thanks.
  6. Erm... Do you mean you submitted reference letters?
  7. Call the NMC. That’s the best way to know.
  8. Did you guys submitted letters from your referees?
  9. There’s no need for the announcement from the SCFHS. Just submit your blank RAV with your COGS. It will be much better if you’ll include an explanation letter why your RAV is blank, and screenshot of your Mumaris Plus portal showing the date of issuance of your COGS just to show it’s the latest or within 3months upon issuance. This is what I did when I submitted my requirements. I received my DL 20days after. Good luck! ?
  10. When it comes to your documents, be assertive. Do not wait for advice. You have to be assertive because you want to save time and money as much as possible. NMC could misplace documents sometimes. So you better make sure they will not misplace yours. If you’ve seen it was delivered and received by the council, very well, calling the NMC wont harm you nor them. Call them. No need to ask anyone. Because this is about you and your application. You wouldn’t want to go thru the process of securing those documents all over again just because it was misplaced or lost. You have to prevent that from happening.
  11. Documents received means the documents you sent were already received by the NMC. Inyour portal, you will see on the section where you needed to send documents by post a remark that says “This document has been received” and that’s it. Your entire online application in your portal, will be on “Read Only” once you clicked submit. And that will remain that way. Once you received your DL, the next thing you will see is the link to download your DL instead of your online application. Regarding the commencement of assessment of your application, you will join the queue after NMC received the last document you needed to submit. But that’s not always the case. So it is advised to call them to confirm your queue date.
  12. Don’t base your DL on the trends here. I know people who entered the queue a week or two before me, even a month before me, but I received my DL before they received theirs and some of them are still waiting. To lessen the stress, set your mind to zero and every candidate has 30-60 days of waiting. And if you’re an expat, your DL may take more time (but that’s not always the case of course). Do NOT compare your timeline to others. It adds stress and anxiety. Call the NMC at least once a week. Even you already know what they will tell you, ring them. Do this, and the next thing you know, you already have an email about your DL when you least expect it. Every delay happens with the permission of God. Waiting could be painful. Just trust His timing.
  13. Did you apply thru a recruitment agency? If so, they will give you a list of documents you will need.
  14. PRC is Philippine Regulation Commission
  15. This was the time where most applicants receive their DLs earlier than expected. I know some who got theirs after 10days, even 5days which was really surprising. But anyway, at the end of the day, it’s the DL that matters no matter how long it takes. It’s just waiting game could be really stressful! Good luck and God bless to all applicants! ???
  16. Really? Her application took 51 days because of that. That’s quite odd. Because my Saudi police clearance was expired for over a year when I submitted it. The delay was most probably because of the RAV misplaced by the NMC
  17. It totally depends on you, your area of specialization, area you feel most confident/competent etc. Personally, I will always choose a hospital setting, the acute setting of hospital will give you opportunities to learn new things no matter how long you’ve been in this career. Care homes tend to be “long term care” settings and could be monotonous and boring when you get used to the routine. But then again, this whole thing depends on you
  18. Well, I’m pretty sure they will give you the same answer every time you will call. They did that to me. ? But that never stopped me. I ring them and email them at least twice a week. Haha. Mine was 20 working days. 26 calendar days. Just keep your faith burning. ♥️
  19. Go ahead and ask them. There’s no harm in asking. But expect they will tell you you’re on queue and it will take 30-60days. ? I did the same when I was on your shoes. I even asked them if my application was being assessed etc. and they gave me the same answer every time I give them a ring. At least let them know you’re following it up. Have more patience and pray. ??? My DL took 20days, btw.
  20. If you got such feedback from the NMC, your DL won’t take long. You made it this far. Just have more patience, and keep the faith burning. ??
  21. Not exactly. Just specify dates of your work gap and state your reasons.
  22. On the “Additional Identification” section of your NMC portal, if my memory serves me right. That’s below the section where you uploaded your passport copy, birth certificate etc. If you haven’t submitted your online requirements, you can still upload it on your portal. But if not, just have it ready. NMC is very considerate to candidates anyway.
  23. I uploaded my detailed CV in my portal, so they didn't at all. In fact, I was surprised when I received my DL because I was expecting they will ask for additional documents such as explanation for my unregistered practice. But they never. Everything went pretty fast and smooth. If you didn't include your CV in your portal, don't forget to include an explanation of your work gap if you have any. The NMC will surely ask for it.
  24. I think if your unregistered practice was with the same employer, the NMC will not ask for explanation letter. I've read the same case in older threads, and from my experience, the NMC didn't asked for it despite having a period of unregistered practice.
  25. Sent. ? You’re welcome. ♥️
