You can still get admitted to wayne state regardless of your overall gpa. I was just admitted to the cd2 for this fall 2011 with a 2.9 overall gpa in biological sciences. Mind you that I got my degree from there and my pre-req gpa was 3.8 with all of those classes done at wayne state as well with no repeats. So if you are going to apply there make sure you take your pre-reqs there with no repeats.

Did you try your 9 digit wayne state student id number? If that doesn't work perphaps they will provide us with a PID number. Women..already discussing what to wear..lol. I say semi-casual. Ill wear jeans no shorts tho..

Congrats to you guys for getting in! I am "alternate" on cd2 program.

"Eligable" as in all pre-reqs complete is what I was told. Anyways, 1200 applicants for all programs (ie. traditional,cd2 and masters). You will be given prefrence if you completed all pre-reqs at wayne with no repeats on your transcripts. Again, I applied to the CD2 program and know they only accept 48 students to both that and the traditional. I graduated from wayne with my degree in biology so I hope that helps! If you got an interview tho you got a really good shot at getting in!

I had my interview back on june 7th as well. It still says interview 2 on mine, but I applied to the second degree program. I talked to OSA yesterday and she told me admission decisions will be announced on june 29th (next wed). I know the waiting game is wearing on me as well!
