    Hi everyone I am looking to transition to pediatric nursing after 5 years of adult med/surg . I did the interview and unit shadowing but failed to meet the score of the required prep test and will only be eligible to retest after 3months. This has really broken my heart because I had the job in my area of interest with great benefits but blew it. The recruiter tells me to wait till we get to 3 months and then reschedule another test. Has anyone gone through this before?
