thanks to both of you!! you're truly making me feel better!! I graduated with distinction as well, was number one in my nursing class...I also never had test anxiety in school. This is new to me, to feel this way. lol :) But you both truly made me feel better. I'll just keep doing these questions (and reading rationales---which I agree, that's how I'm learning!). The only actual "reading" that I'm doing is my Mosby drug cards cuz that's my weakest point. We didn't have a pharmacology class through Penn State Nursing school and I'm so weak on these tests in this area. Hopefully I won't get a lot of side effects ?'s!!
first of all, CONGRATS!!!!!!!! when did you graduate? I think one of the reasons i'm so nervous is because I am one of the first people from my class to test. we graduated in May.
thanks for responding!! I just wish there was a way for me to bring my panic level down to a more managable state. haha Cuz right now, I can barely function! Guess I'll just keep doing these questions and press on!
I never in a million years thought I'd be so scared to take my Nclex. I've been studying for 2 weeks now, and I test in 2 weeks from tomorrow. All I'm doing is questions. I'm at around 2300 questions so far. That's all I do is test after test. I'm using ATI and I got a 66% on the Kaplan strategy Nclex exam. I just started using my friends Saunders CD yesterday. Oh, and I'm reviewing my Mosby Med cards. I graduated at the top of my class, so I did well in school. Why am I stressing like this? Please, someone tell me that it's NOT as bad as I believe that it will be. lol PLEASE!! haha I never get scared for tests, so I'm not quite sure why I'm feeling this way!
