Hey everyone... I'm looking for tips or advice on getting a hold of someone at the TEXAS BON. I am trying to endorse in Texas and having trouble completing the necessary steps and can't verify if there is an error somewhere on my application. Ok fellow RN classmates. I got that email mentioned earlier and that packet my friend told me about is attached.... 100 pharm calc questions. I don't' know about you guys but I'm excited about getting started on it. =) Can't wait to meet you all on the 15th.

Hey cespinosaRN....was that email going out to everyone? I also heard from a friend of mine who's in the program now that we should be receiving a practice packet on nursing calcs. Has anyone else heard of this or received something already?

Susano626. I did get a response from a Vivianne almost immediately confirming my acceptance to the acceptance email was received. I really do hope that was it. Now you got me thinking. I suppose we can print out our emails to show we responded back within the time frame if there is an issue right?

susanao626...The email I received letting me know I was accepted also had the orientation information on there which is 8am - 5pm June 15,16,17,and 18. Have you checked your mtsac gmail account?

I too had my appointment and everything is looking good. I don't want to jinx it and I'll feel happier when I receive the actual acceptance letter. But I look forward to meeting you all on orientation day and am super excited for this journey. =)

Hey everyone. I too received the same letter. I was really excited to receive it, but after reading it's still not a sure thing, I'm back to feeling anxious. I have my appointment next Monday and will post an update. I believe over all I am coming in with 79 points, not very much. I haven't been able to find too many previous threads to see where the cut off is...... I'm really hoping for the best. I've done all of my pre-req's at Mt Sac and this is my first choice school. Ok I got my confirmation letter today. Also for those of us who need to submit proof of CNA certification, I spoke with SON and they said it's ok to scan the ID card and email it in using the same format on the subject line Last_First_student id.

For those of you who submitted your apps, how many days passed before receiving the confirmation email. I submitted my application on Saturday and still haven't received the confirmation email. Thanks.

Hey everyone! Best of luck =) This is my second time applying. I didn't make the cut off last time with the 75 points I have but I too am taking Spanish to bump up my points. This whole process is long and nerve wrecking at times but at least we have this board to share our experience with each other. Happy New Year!

Hi Queen.. I too applied for Spring 2015. I also received the invite to test but I had already scheduled at one of the testing sites. What time are these classes you mentioned and do you know if there are still openings or is it on a walk-in basis? Congrats and good luck.

Hi Everyone...congrats on all acceptances! I've been following the thread but this is my first post. I too applied for the ADN program, was accepted into the prenursing knowing I had some pre-req's to complete. I know the classes are evenings....has anyone that started in the prenursing portion and could tell me more specifically how the classes will go....for example how many nights a week and how long I'll be on campus? Thanks...I'm looking forward to beginning my new education for a great career and starting some new friendships. Talk to you soon. :)
