I would like to add, I know you want to get ahead of the game but don't buy books until orientation they may have changed. It is hard to follow from an incorrect book. My advise would be try not to stress going into it, know you can do it. Make good study habits and stay focused. It is what they say but, you can do it. People are getting A,s so it can be done. Its not me but the one thing is i may not be an a student anymore but that is ok it is hard work and dedication. just put all you can into it a, b, c grades all get the same degree. @whtsnxt11 We got a sheet the listed the books with the ISBN number on it. Turn it around and it will state what each kits contains. I went to allheart.com site and ordered them seperatly. I ordered a good stethoscope because I plan to use it for a long time. Also it was a gift from my parents.

Yeah that is what I did. I just purchased everything last night. I was just uncertain about the weighted tool. Why do we have to buy the iv and suringes? I think that is odd. Ok but odd. Did you get all your books from the bookstore or did you shop amazon. The package bundle comes with ebooks. did any of the books come that way without the bundle? Just curious. I need to email that rep but I know you are going through it now.

yes it is part of the assessment kit. However I am purchasing them from the allheart.com site but didn't know which tool to purchase. the 256 or 128.. it does state weighted but not the degree.

I think it was said to make sure we got the editions that they specified because if they tell us to go to a page in a book it might be different using a different version.

Hi all, I got a question about the weighted tuning tool. Does anyone know which frequency of weight we need? 128 or 256. It wasn't clear which one. To all that is looking for the bundle on amazon or else where, remember that the books can be purchased on line but it will not come with the ebook/audio componant unless you get the bundle from the schools bookstore. Amazon does have the books that are needed but not the ebooks. Please take caution and speak to someone that knows for sure. The best bet is to email the representative that spoke to us on the 20th. Chatt does not offer a nutrient class it is only for the LPN program. Most of the courses do transfer but again I can not stress enough to speak to an adviser. Me personally I am ordering the bundle from the bookstore and getting everything else on line to save where I can. I am very interested in study groups so please keep me in the loop on when and if they take place. I live in Canton. Thank you......

Hi class, @candygirl, I did not have any problem getting any of the information they needed. I am done with everything and am waiting for the 20th. I heard that marietta is not an option for this year. It seems like we all want to go there. The drive to Rome isn't a bad one. It is about an hour and 15 minutes from Canton going 20. The way i look at it is when we car pool that is study time before and after. It can actually work in our favor. We are going to be spending alot of time together so it will all work out in the end. Buford is a long way away however think of the rewards when you finish. Maybe your clinicals can be closer to home. Don't give up, talk about it on the 20th. I am so excited and can't wait to meet all of you.

HI everyone, I got a question. 1. does anyone know if we need to print our background check and drug test result since they don't give a code for the advancedstudents site. I have everything done except my last TB test which will be Wednesday of next week since I just had one yesterday.

@whatsnxt11, that sounds great. I actually have both cards so I am not sure what that means. I have a BLS and a CPR card. I do think they go together. Mine is from the right place. I also asked to be in the facebook group. I am so excited and nervious at the same time.

Hi, I think we need to BLS certification not the CPR? I was confused when I read the paper. I already have both but, it said BLS; I think they go hand in hand. Not sure. Thanks for the info. Not sure if there is a specific requirement or not. I am purchasing a Lidman Cardio double barrel dual lumen tubing. I want to be in the ER. I found that at allhearts.com Littmann Master Cardiology stethoscope or the Littmann Cardiology III stethoscope. LITT-MCR-2 LITT-C3--3 Check it out. They give video's and even engraving if you like. Another long weekend of waiting. I fell like im going in circles at least we have each other to talk to. It is nice to have someone to talk to that is waiting for the same thing I am.
