hey thanks for the responses.... but what about pics taken before school and at work that may have been posted on facebook and maybe an angry ex-g friend may have gotten ahold of and sent to the nursing program anonymously.... can that be used against a student before school starts?

anyone know the specific regulations regarding taking pictures in the hospital... i know its illegal to take a picture of yourself and a patient without consent... but what if you are in a lead gown standing next to a c-arm, or you are placing an oxygen mask near your face "gesturing" that you are "taking" oxygen.... is it ok to take a picture of yourself doing something but not with or near a patient.... can your school get you in trouble or your work? its my understanding that pictures are allowed as long as the patient is not being photographed.... anyone know where i can read specific policies on this? thanks!
