hello everyone im new in this site. My friend advised me to sign up,coz she said you've been a great help to her.. I am a registered in the PHilippines. But i did not practice my profession in the hospital after i passed my licensure exam. I voluntered in an organization as a paramedic, and went to UK to study and work at the same time. I left UK last Feb. this year to come here int he U.S to get married. I am residing in Illinois, and i want to pursue my nursing career. I just want to ask for an advise as what will be the first time step that i should take. Im looking for a school where they offer a refresher cours ein nursing. Im not confident enough to take any exam without a proper review coz honetly i almost forgot everything about ive learned.. My friend told me that i have to take CGFNS first before ill take the nclex exam. and ive read in the internet that Illinois is no longer required a CG, but they do accept CES. Do you have any information where i can apply the CES or CGFNS and NCLEX? and Do u know any school where i can review?? and what is a good book to read for nursing review i tried to google it but alot of informations are popping out with different ideas and its kind a confusing..
