    Hello, We are currently transitioning to electronic medical record and had questions about discharge. Currently, my unit (NICU) only has a form named discharge summary which basically sums up all the procedures, treatment, and history of the hospitalization stay but has none to minimal discharge teaching. I was wondering what the process for discharge is in other hospitals? Also, if other hospitals have parents sign the teaching log? Thanks for your input!!!!
