That's why I got out of nursing. Too many headaches, over worked and felt under paid. Now I am more on the business aspect of things. Director of Marketing and Corporate Development for a medical practice that is franchising out. I work 5 days a week but it is a different kind of stress.

What states do you guys live in? I live in Michigan and none of my friends make that much on the floor here. I decided to step outside of nursing and found a Director of Marketing and Corporate Development position for $80,000.

I am very intersted in becoming a NP. It's just very intimidating.

Hi Everyone, I need advice. I granduated with my RN degree back in 07'. I didn't pass the NCLEX and went through a long grieving period for several reasons. I am now taking a review class through Indiana State University but it has been so hard figuring out what to study or what to focus on. Does anyone have any advice that would make my life easier.
