  2. I have tried the city hospitals..HHC and I have applied to LIJ but they wont even looking at you with an associates. I have been applying to Nursing Homes as well but they too are not budging.
  3. thank you.. I know it is ultra competitive i was hoping i would be able to find something here but i will def have to start expanding my radius.
  4. I graduated in May and did my nclex in august and i have been looking for a job and it has been extremely challenging. I graduated with my associates and I'm enrolled in a Bachelors program but in the mean time i want to gain some meaningful experience. I received a Per diem during flu shot season but it has basically ended and i have been vigorously searching but has not been getting anything. I have applied to hospitals , nursing homes, agencies you name it I've applied. I have walked in and done applications, I have fax cover letter and resumes. I have dropped off resumes at the HR departments , i have been doing all that has been suggested but it just seems extremely hard for a new Nurse with no or limited experience. I need some advice or some tips on where to apply in NYC to find a job with my associates. Please I need advice and help.
