I got my letter today!! I got into the Traditinal program!!! :)

It's 4 semesters. So two years.

Ladydeeb4213- The traditional starts in both the Spring & Fall semesters. But whenever you begin, you have to complete the classes in order. Hope that answers your question :)

I have 132, but I have not recieved anything from rose yet. I have a 4.0 so maybe I got in. The wait is driving me crazy too!

I'm hoping for the traditional program. I wish it didn't take so long to hear back! I had 132 points, so I'm right around where the usual cut off is & it's driving me crazy not knowing if it was enough! Which one did you apply for & how many points did you have?

I also applied for the Spring 2012 semester It is the CPR for healthcare providers that you'll need & Rose State offers these classes and they are usually done Fri, Sat, & Sun. If you have any questions about the classes you could call the the advisor (********* 405-733-7545) and she should be able to help you. If you have a student account you can log onto Oasis and search the classes that are offered. Hope we both get accepted! Good Luck!

A friend of mine who also applied to the program called today & there still isn't an offical cutoff.

You call and then post it for me :) I'm afraid that if I call I'll jinx myself! I don't know how they would decide in a situation like that but, I hope they don't just pick the one that has all the preqs done and not the ones with a high GPA or high test scores. I guess we'll have to wait and find out!

I hope they don't have near that many applicants this semester!!! I'm going crazy waiting too! I've heard that a week or so after the deadline you can call and find out what the cut off is, but I think I would be to nervous to do that. This semester I'm taking medical terminology, intro to clinical microbiology, and sociology. What classes are you taking?

Are you trying for the traditional or online program? I'm going for traditional. I also talked to a girl at school today who said she just started nursing school & got in with 129 points.

thank you so much for the advice. i do have patient care experience and i'm happy to know that it will help make nursing school a little less difficult. i have studied maslow & erickson a little in past classes so i'm somewhat familiar with them and i will definitely begin so study it further. thanks again for your very helpful tips and encouragement! :)

Hey Everyone!!! I'm getting ready to apply to Rose State's Beginning track for the first time & I'm getting really nervous. Is anyone else applying for the Spring 2011 semester?
