  1. foreign grad endorsing license to NYC

    Hi everyone! This is my first post here. I am new to this forum. I had a question about endorsing my license to the state of New York. I was born and raised in USA but went to college in another country for my RN BSN. Due to some complications I did not finish my courses but I did finish enough to challenge my LVN. I am now a licensed LVN in the state of California. I plan to move to New York in August and was wondering how do I endorse my license? Has anyone else done this? They are asking for my diploma but I don't technically have one. I downloaded and printed the paperwork and plan to call the nursing board tomorrow. But I would appreciate some feedback. Thank you all!:)
