Hi nicenurse46, congrats on almost finishing! A question on Walden, do you think you have gotten a good education for what you have paid? I was looking at their RN-MSN nursing informatics. I am one that does not want to be a floor nurse forever and I enjoy computers. I know I need to go back to school but I can't decide on what. Thanks for the info.

Hi, I have been an ADN nurse for 10 years now and working in the OR for the past 8 years. I am looking at going back to school for my Bachelors degree. I have been facinated with informatics since our hospital went to Epic a little over a year ago. I was a super user and really enjoyed it and I like computers. What would you recommend, should a nurse get their BSN or get another type degree like Health Administration with a concentration in Health Informatics or even just get an IT degree? Thanks
