get as much experience as possible as it will only help. Why not get your CCRN before you apply? You will be eligible to sit for your exam around the same time as you will be applying. You can also apply without it and express your intent of taking the examination.

Does anyone know if blue cross/blue shield still offers a student plan via the AANA? If so where can I find information on it? I start school in august and lose health insurance in April. Thanks!

They were commenting on what they have come across with the AAs they've seen in practice, not ALL AAs. Get your panties unbunched And stop being so defensive :)

That is definitely expensive, I think I'd rather take the course this fall than shell out that money right before school.

I finished both online. the NY licensing website has a list of providers. The Child Abuse class takes 2 hours. The infection control course is not timed. You must read and take a test for both. Now, searching for a public notary

Yes they will. I have to call regarding the licensure. Which states do we need besides PA?

Either you want to be a CRNA or an NP.. Go with what you want bc you don't want to regret it in the end

Your GPA is not that bad. I'd be more concerned with experience. Best of luck. Remember to continue seeking experiences in your ICU.. Even if it is not your patient, you can still learn!!! That's how I got in with 2 yrs ohu/icu
