my lilttle brother is almost 2 years old and on Friday he went ot the doctor for four shots.. The doctor said it would be normal for him to get a little rash .. He just woke up from a nap and he has a huge rash and the outside of it is white and hard...

No one is on call.. He is limping on the leg that has the rash. The rash is hot and he has a slight fever. He is fussy and the rash is about 5 to 6 inches down to his knee. The rash is red but the white part almost looks like something is dripping .....
