  1. Hi my name is Lulu and I'm currently attending Hunter College. I am a 2nd semester freshman and am aiming to get into Hunter's nursing program. I always wanted to be a nurse since I was young growing up in Korea. I came to the U.S 4 years ago, so my english is still not perfected. Currently, I am worried, there is a lot of competition. I took last semester Gen Chem (B) Lab (A-) English (A-) Stat(B) and Psych(B-) so my overall is 3.166. I'm currently taking organic chem, and feel I am not doing well, overall i think I don't do well this semester. A lot of my friends who also want to be nurse are changing their majors, I am worried I will not get in. I don't know any other majors or career to pursue. Because I always wanted to be nurse. My adviser says I need to declare a major by the time i reach 60 credits, so I feel stuck. I hope anyone can give me some suggestions, comments, or guidance, thank you very much.
