  1. ok so i had a review from supervisor and it was excellent, She said i was her strongest lpn, A++++, now to give you back ground, when i was hired i came onto a maternity line, the rca(registered care aid) i worked with was not happy to have her friend lpn being replaced by me. so i didnt feel welcome to start. I have heard nothing but good things from the other rca's i work with, however this rca told my supervisor that i was lazy, (always been a hard worker) loud and abrupt with dementia pt's and that i have a bad bed side manner, (wow im so nice im afraid to give them diabetes). i was also warned by other staff when i started that i needed to watch my back because she is always trying to get people in trouble. My supervisor could not believe where this was coming from, she knows im a good worker, i couldnt say anything because i was in shock, they extended my probation 1 more month, i could be fired because this rca doesnt like me, also lazy is a very hateful word. i have a meeting again with general manager and supervisor on may 10th to discuss again, im embarrassed and heart broken that i could lose the job i love all because of a few words this rca said(she has been there 6 years, and is a good rca) What do i do during my meeting, do i mention that it could be a personality clash or just nod and say yes to anything, im afraid i will never be able to please this rca no matter what.
