    I am stuck on a case study question in regards to Pregnancy induced hypertension and preeclampsia. The physician has ordered Penicillin 5 million units in 100cc of normal saline and then Penicillin 2.5 million units every 4 hours. The question: What should be the infusion time for the Penicillin and what should be the drip rate with 60 ggt tubing? I am confused about whether the orders are a bolus dose and is the 2.5 million units in 100c or 50cc. This is just a generally confusion medication question.. Any help would be appreciated :)

    I am finishing up a NCP. I am having trouble coming up with three interventions for elevated monocytes. Any suggestions? She suffers from LLE cellulitis and edema. Please Help?
