Thank you for replying to my message. My husband and I have been thinking of moving to the Poplar Bluff area because we have friends and family around there, and it was beautiful when we visited there. (Loved the hills and trees!) I currently live in Lincoln, IL. We are in the middle of several bigger towns. Our town is about 16,000. Flat land, corn fields everywhere. But we have lived here for over 20 yrs and have decided to just stay here. I do appreciate your input, as that is the thoughts I had when we visited the area. I am sure there are areas in Missouri that would be better, but we have decided to stay where we have raised our kids, and where we have known as home. Again, thanks for replying; I was starting to think there were reallly no nurses down there in the area.

Thinking Of Moving Around Poplar Bluff, And Was Wondering If Anyone Is From Poplar Bluff Or Surrounding Area. How Are The Jobs, Pay, Etc? And How Do You Like Living There? I Currently Work Med/surg, Have Also Done Ltc And Psych. Thanks For Any Info!
