  1. OK. I have seen differing techniques for orthostatics. First laying down for the BP check for at least 5 minutes. Then patient stands. Do you check soon after they stand or wait 2 minutes? I am seeing both. Doesn't the body acclimate if you wait the 2 minutes?
  2. For those of you who have worked both....which do you prefer and why? I am currently unemployed with only the hopital setting in my background. I am wondering if the clinic setting is more appealing? I am also considering assisted living. Just looking for a career change and wondering if the grass really is greener somewhere else??
