  1. Exactly, the degree that I switched to is ok but i am determine to be a nurse and it seems like they are determined to not let me , but perseverance has been the word that has got me through college so far, just knowing that someday hopefully it will all work out.
  2. Hi, I am college student finishing up my third year. Over the past years I have been taking pre-reqs for nursing but haven't been doing so well in them. I really want to be a Nurse extremely bad, but the school i attend basically requires that you have all A's in these courses. I recently was forced to change my major to Integrated health studies because I have too many credits and haven't yet got into the program. It brings tears to my eyes everytime I discuss this because I really want to be A nurse , I now currently work as An STNA and it just makes me want to get my nursing degree even more. My plans are to apply to my schools accelarated Nursing program once I get this first degree, but recently I have been thinking that maybe there is another way to get my nursing degree quicker. I really don't want to give up im just frustrated, hurt, and disappointed .
