  2. They would not give me copies of anything at all. As for her they said it was a clerical wrror that those things were in my file, go figure!

  5. And I will be now that my reputation is cleared. I have to stay until I have another offer bc I have a family to feed and house. I wish I didn't, oh I pray I didn't. I know in my heart she will make my life a living heck. I'm afraid of the retaliation now that she must fave mgmt and corporate HR. I am glad that I didn't back down and made her terminate me so I could grieve it. If I would have quit I felt I would look guilty or worse yet look like I admitted to guilt.

  8. She told coorporate I had disciplies in my file, when I examined it nine of it was mine some was other employees some blank and some I had written on other employees
  9. I'm sure I will be. Under her microscope...what do I tell others when they ask about where I hqve been or ask me about the rumors? The latest rumor is I was fired for steeling drugs...narcotics nonetheless!

  11. *****UPDATE******* Well I had the meeting today with the administrator that I respect. I got my job back, I was wrongfully terminated! Corporate HR was told that there was a ton of disciplinary action in my file which is false but is why I was actually terminated. I did receive a suspension that has been served. What do you think? I'm sure that the DON will really have it out for me now as she is in trouble bc she in all actually falsified documents, my file. At least this way I can find another job and l can leave on good terms, MY TERMS, and I will not have a termination or board action investigation against me. Thank you all for your support! I would appreciate any continued guidance on this matter. Thanks Shelly-The humble

  13. Also I am very fortunate to have my most recent employee evaluation which is awesome, as well as several letters of recomendation from some impressive people. Again I wont say here what their positions are to protect myself and them, but let's just say when this goes to the unemployment or hr review the DON will be shocked.
  14. Thank you. The actual error is that I cave oxy er (Oxycontin) rather than plain oxycodone. So in all actuality she got less narcotic but over 12 Hours versus 4 Hours. No harm came to this patient whatsoever. Yes it was p.o.. her justificationis over the narc log that I noted wasted on the other pts account, as in not given to her, I also noted in the margin it was given to other pt. So falsification is bogus. Did u know that falsification of a narcotic log is a fellony which involves the DEA? I recently learned that and since I know the DON S goal was and is to burn me I suspect that is why she chose to use the word falsification. I also offered a drug test to prove there was not an issue of diversion and she declined and said that had not crossed her mind that she knew the alert oriented pt did receive the med. Positive thoughts to me at this point. I have a job interviewe lined up and its actually my dream speciality. Don't want to give details here so that her evilness doesn't carry over to the other possible position. Wish me luck and any pointers on how to disclose this on my interview would be helpful
  15. Lmbo it is ten years old, but a lesson to be learned today...nothing changes. We still face these issues darn near every day. I needed a laugh today!
