  1. I rushed them a little bit because I am moving, and it is a 40hr week for external hires and the following week is expected to be on the unit for 2 shifts with a class on Friday. I am excited to meet people and I hope they notify those they're interviewing Friday ASAP!
  2. I'm so excited, I got my offer for HemOnc this afternoon from HR over the phone. She sent me the email with information. Cohort projected to start October 22nd. I don't know how I'm going to do everything and move to San Diego in 2 weeks but I'm so glad!! Good luck to everyone! If anyone knows of any new grads looking for a roomie, let me know
  3. For HemOnc, i was called on 9/10 to interview on 9/18. Interview went okay (i can never really tell), the manager told me we would hear by the end of next week. Then, 9/20, I got an e-mail saying the next steps are the reference check. Hoping that's a good sign but no clue. I have no connections to this hospital, I forgot to even look at when the start date was other than October 2018. Kinda feel clueless!
  4. I've posted about this before-- from previous year's (I think it was last year's thread), someone called the office and they cannot reveal that information (but I would imagine less than 60, since that's how many are offered a spot in the program). We can only go by who reported here. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!
  5. That sounds like something you might want to call the financial aid office about. I have no idea!
  6. CSULA supposedly accepts 60 students per cohort. I believe that was out of 500-some applicants this year. --and @Shinfo I believe that is due to you needing to still turn in your final transcripts. At least, that is why mine is back to incomplete!
  7. @goalkeeper, I understand you're probably not able to post clinical locations, but I'm very curious about that component! So did you start going to the hospital during your 2nd quarter then? That's so soon! I'm very excited!
  8. I'm in this odd position where I need to get a part-time job so that I have taxes to file for the following year's fafsa! :/ But I'm not sure anyone will want to hire someone for only a couple months. But I definitely know I don't want to be working during nursing school. From everything I've heard, it would be very difficult and stressful.
  9. From the Fall 2014 thread, it seems they do not reveal this information. We only know who self-reports here!
  10. Yeah I still haven't received anything from admissions and still can't log in to pay the deposit. I will call next week I guess. I can't drive a four hour round trip to hand them cash lol so they need to figure it out!
  11. Yeah, my GET still says incomplete and it still won't let me online to pay the deposit! Frustrating but I'll be patient. Only since we still have a couple weeks before it's due. Does anyone have any idea about clinicals / when we start those? I assume it's a bunch of random hospitals... I'm just curious and excited!
  12. Congrats!! I faxed mine and had no issues, I've called them twice to confirm they have it lol anyone have any luck with the deposit?
  13. I tried again this morning for the deposit, still won't let me log-in! I think I'll call admissions tomorrow morning (in class the rest of the day)...
  14. Was that just today, ninja? I tried to logon yesterday or maybe it was Sunday and it wouldn't let me. I, too, have a course in progress so I have to wait until June to send in my final transcripts.
  15. I called the number just now to confirm they got my fax with the acceptance, and she picked up pretty quickly. Maybe try calling now if you can?
