Hi everyone.. So I an excited and wanted to give you all an update.. I got accepted!! yay! Thanks for all the previous advise can't wait to start!

Finally.....it happened... I GOT ACCEPTED!!! So I got my email today (on my SPC email). I start the AS Nursing program Jan 2012. I have all classes complete with a 3.666 gpa! good luck everyone!!! : )

I also applied to SPC for the spring program. I am super super nervous about not getting accepted. I have ALL the pre / co requisites completed with a 3.666 GPA. The letters will be sent out 4-6 weeks after Sept. 15th..so I am guessing we will get them the last week in October. Good Luck!

NurseAeja, Thank you so much for you great advice! As far as ethics and humanities goes I got A's in those.. Go figure! Haha! I am really interested in finding out more about the Galen program. I feel that this is my only sound option. Would it be best to go speak to them personally? If so where are they located? Once again thanks for all the tips you sound very motivated good luck on your career path! : )

Thanks everyone for all the advice! Due to SPC's new admissions policy of no more 2 pools just one I am even more lost as to how my odds are. I have not gotten C's in any classes just a few too many B's in the core nursing pre-req classes that is why my gpa is a low 3.6. This being said I can not retake any classes or take any more since I have all the classes complete. I am super nervous about being rejected again like Jus4funSPC said because of the crazy high GPA requirements. I'm keeping my fingers crossed!! Irishmama that is GREAT to hear!! Your post totally cheered me up!

Congrats to everyone who got in !! I unfortunately was rejected first and second pool. I have a 3.666 gpa and all classes complete. I am going to apply again for the Spring semester. I really really hope I don't get rejected again! Does anyone know if they have accepted 3.6's with all coursework completed in the Spring semesters before? I know every pool of applicants tends to vary, but it just seems to be progressively getting harder and harder each semester. good luck to the alternates as well!

Got my rejection letter today : ( It was my first time applying, and I have all of my nursing pre-reqs completed except MCB/MCBL which I am currently enrolled in. As of right now I have a 3.6 gpa. I am trying not to lose hope for second pool acceptance! Good luck to everyone, and congrats to all of those who were accepted!!
