  1. Hey Jessika12gold is your application completed as of yet. I'm waiting on my child abuse clearance. I'm so nervous, I really hope I can get a seat.
  2. If we get a seat we will finish in 1 year. May 2013-May2014
  3. How long did it take for you to study for this exam?
  4. Transitions. Once they review my transcripts and enroll I will do Health Safety.
  5. I live in PA, Excelsior is accepted here.
  6. Thanks so much, I'm excited and can't wait to have my transcripts evaluated. I'm hoping I can finish all the nursing exams between Feb and April
  7. I'm excited to say that I will be enrolling into Excelsior's LPN-RN program this week. I recently applied to a traditional community college lpn-rn but decided I can have half the exams completed with excelsior before they even make their decisions. Any advice that current students can offer is helpful.
  8. I spoke to someone at DCCC yesterday and was advised that there are currently 22 applicants (she stated there will def be more by the deadline) and that the current teas scores range from 52% to 79%. I'm hoping there will be enough seats for all LPN's to get in.
  9. My school was accredited, I took the challenge exam for Nurs 102. It wasn't mandatory but I figured I would try and test out to see if I can credit for it and if not I would take the course. I'm still waiting for my results. Did you take the TEAS exam as of yet?
  10. From reading the forums here I'm seeing between a 70-74. Good thing is we LPN's are not in competing with everyone else. I was told that last year there were 30 LPN applicants and only 15 seats. I'm thinking in March I'm going to call back to the assessment center and see if they can tell me how many applicants they have thus far. Did you enroll in NURS 102 or take the challenge exam?
  11. For the LPN to RN the deadline is April 1, 2013. I'm applying for this program also, I was told that last year they had 30 applicants and only 15 seats. You need your LPN license, H.S and LPN transcript, Teas scores, Clearances, Proof of address and you have either take NUR 102 or test out of it. I was told decision letters would be mailed out late April.
  12. I'm applying for the advance placement LPN to RN. I scored a 70% on the TEAS and I'm hoping it's high enough to compete.
