  1. Thank you guys for the input, I am moving to Seattle next month. Have three more questions, please help out. 1. How long it takes to get an endorsement license in Washington? 2. How is nursing shortage situation in Seattle area? Is that pretty hard to find a RN job in Seattle? Do I have to be in Seattle physically to get a job? I got my present job in Arizona through phone interview. 3. Working at a Med/Surg floor with 1.5 year experience, how much I will be paid in Seattle? I have to consider this as I have kids.   2. Thank you all for your reply. I did a lot of search, I believe Texas is my best choice to move into when I consider pay, housing and opportunities. Hopefully, some hospitals are willings to pay for airline tickets for me to go there for interview. Is that possible? Normally, how many patient you have on med/surg or tele floor in Dallas area?   3. Hi: I am relocating to Dallas area now, is that possible to land a job in Dallas before I move there? I am trying to get a job through phone interview. I got my current RN job through phone in Arizona. Maybe RN jobs in Dallas aren't that hot so I have to move there first to get a job? Thank you for your advice. Amy
  4. I think you get more money if you only rent in california, especially in Bay Area. If you buy a house, Cali is much more expensive than Washington. I have a thought about going to Cali for a year for quick money. AJ

  6. I heard it is hard to get a med/surg job in Seatlle, Is that true? I only have one and half year experience. The pay is low in Seattle, I will be paid about $24/hr? This is what I heard. Any input? Thanks! AJ

  10. 20/hr is low pay for me, I will rethink about moving to dallas if that is the case. With 1.5 yr expeperienc, I am getting paid 23.5/hr at a phoenix hospital med/sug floor. Anymore opinons? Thanks! Amy
