  1. I have decided to go to a traditional school and talk about the mistakes and lessons that I have learned. After reading all the replies to my problem, I feel a little bit more confident discussing this situation. I want to thank you for all the information you have given me.
  2. Thank you for your words of encouragement. I was concerned of what a traditional college would think of me and what mistakes I made. I am now holding my head up and excepting the fact and learning where I went wrong. I am not giving up being an RN!! That is my goal and I am sticking to it.
  3. Yes is was the LPN to RN. I have never failed out of anything before. Thank you for your help!! Sometimes I am at a loss for words.
  4. Never got to take the clinicals. And yes, it is an accredited program. (Excelsior)
  5. It is very difficult to discuss this but I know that I am not the only one this has happened to. I attended an on line college and taken all of nursing classes and when I got down to the very end of program, I failed the on line exam. No longer in the program. I was told to change my major or go to a local college. Now, how do I explain to a prospective college about my situation. I am not stupid, just really devastated.
  6. I appreciated the article of the nursing students sue excelsior. I have completed all the nursing classes for the RN program and got down to taking the competency tests. It went down hill from there. I was devastated. I wrote letters and to no avail I was unsuccessful. Any comments or suggestions would be welcomed!!
