  1. Relocating Advice

    I am a new graduate nurse and my husband and I are looking to relocate to either Texas or Colorado. So far I haven't been able to get an interview. I am only applying to 'new grad' positions and I feel as though my resume and cover letter are solid. Is it that hospitals aren't willing to fly someone from out of state in to interview? Any advice on what I can do to secure an interview? Should I automatically offer up that I am willing to pay my own way for an interview? Thanks!
