I'm from CA. I paid for pearson, i believe.....pearson was $200 and the boards is $150.............i had no idea i had to pay for both!

I just got my fail mail saying I didn't pass my Nclex. I actually already paid for it thinking I can schedule the day I took it by doing the PVT. Now, do I have to pay for it again?? or will I be able to register already...

THanks for that! I love how I can still get the support without having to tell my fellow classmates. Well, im studying off the saunders book and exam cram book taking it one system a day....so today, i'm doing Renal...i'm reading it off of saunders and reading the summary in the exam cram...i'm testing off the questions on both books (probably 30 questions in total) and doing the questions on that system from the Saunders CD. I had the same mistake as you...I too didn't know my content enough and on my 1st attempt, i studied by doing 205 questions on comprehensive stuff....bad idea. but i thought it was right, at the time. i know we can do this! WE GOT THIS! Prayer and hard work always work hand in hand. Keep me updated!

No I have not. I dont have the funds to pay for outside tutoring =(

Do you know how long this may take? I'm from California. Also, when will I know when it's ready to choose a date?

I took it on the 24th. I'm from California. I'm sure they're not that much of a difference. I called Pearsonvue and they told me that they didn't have any information on why the ATT hasn't gotten to me...I'm sure the guy new I failed but didnt want to tell me in person...So, how will you know pearsonvue will allow registering again? I'm so frustrated! I'm sorry, are you taking it again as well? If so, how are you studying better than you did before? I love this forum. It's so helpful. thank yoU!

I didn't get my official "fail mail" yet...but after doing the pearson vue trick, it asked for my card, and I paid 2 days after I took my NCLEX. question is, i called pearson asking why I haven't received my ATT yet....is it because i need to wait for my official results to fully register for a date??? I'm really anxious... I can't believe I failed, guys. I really can't. Everyone passed, asides from me....ANyone want to give me tips and tricks? i'm studying off of saunders and exam cram......can anyone help me with how to study (step by step advice?) i'm seriously a mess...

I know what you mean...It's just so hard to review everything all over again knowing I failed the first try...I'm so unorganized..i hate it.

I'm writing to receive some ADVICE, ENCOURAGEMENT and UPLIFTING WORDS from those who failed and passed the 2nd time.... I failed my nclex the first time after studying off saunders and lipincott...I can say I couldve studied better, but i'm afraid i'm saying that only because i failed... Now, that I learned that "exam cram" is a great summary book off the saunders, i'm using it hand in hand with the saunders and still using lipincott cd for extra questions.... i need advice on how to study..how did you guys use the review material? how many hours did you devote to studying? how many questions did you answer a day?......i dont work, i have no kids...but i do feel like im so unorganized and i dont know how to fix myself...i'm so distraught, lost and discouraged. majority of my class has PASSED on their first try....and i'm afraid i'm the only one who hasnt passed at all... please help me...i already registered again, waiting on my att...
