  1. Hey, thanks Hoosier. Whenever I have free time I've been using khan academy to work on my math. I think I'm approaching math as a whole wrong. How do you go about studying for a math test like this? Hours a day? Do you work on everything or just what you need the most help with?
  2. Hey, so I'm currently studying to be an ota but I'm thinking of giving the teas test another shot. Math is my weakest subject. What would you recommend me do to improve? Thanks for the help.
  3. Well, another endless night of not being able to sleep because I couldn't pass the test. If I don't pass it a third time Im going to fall into such a deep depression. I know if I passed I would be able to get great grades its the standardized tests that will ruin me in the end. I need some words of encouragement. Maybe I'm just not good enough. Nothing makes sense anymore...I'm heart broken.
  4. I haven't done that yet. Right now I'm going to stay on track and taking my prerequisite courses. I'm only taking one class which gives me plenty of time to study. I'm just glad that I can take it again at all. This teas thing is kind of crazy. I've never heard of a test with a bar this high to just get into a program.
  5. I don't think I've ever wanted something so much in my life. Thank you for your help. :loveya:
  6. Do you think I can pass the test if I study for the next 4 months? I'm really sad.
  7. I recently took the teas test. The first time I took it I bombed the math portion completely with a 36. I studied hard for two weeks and retook the test. I felt nervous going into it but that is natural. I got a 70% on the math. I felt really good about that score and thought I passed but apparently I need a 76% on the test to pass. There are only 36 questions on the test! This is really bad. I need to wait another 4 months before I can retake it. I'm working on my prerequisite courses for now and I'm going to continue to study for the teas while I'm in school. Any tips you can give me would be appreciated. I'm devastated and I tend to be pretty hard on myself. Please help me pass. Thank you for your help and support.
