evrything is case to case basis i believe. in my case i didnt got any luck in there. ive tried everything but i cant land a job.. anyway i moved out to other state and found a nursing job here in s. carolina. :) Gudluck to you.. just keep on looking

Waiting is really the crucial moment in looking for jobs because this will really test our patience and determination. I don't even know if is it my resume that needs improvement or the employment here in California is that really bad. :crying2: Either way, i'm still hopeful. Hope I could land a job from other states that would sponsor me in moving :) Best of LUCK!

hello to everyone. i am a new grad registered nurse in California. iv'e applied almost all of the jobs here in my location and got few interviews but until now i cant get into any home care, nursing facilities or hospitals. so i'm planning of moving out of state. any input on what states most likely that i could get hired since i have no experience. and do companies, facilities or hospitals offer sponsorship or whatever they call it when i move into a different state? :)

I'm a licensed RN here in California but doesnt have any working experience yet. i'm thinking of moving into other locations or states where there are higher new grad/ new rn hiring opportunities.. nursing here in california is too crowded Need some advices please ..

I recently passed NCLEX RN here in California. Since I'm having difficulty finding a nursing job, can i work as CNA even if i don't have CNA certificate because i'm Rn already? I really don't have any idea about this. HELP!

Hi there I'm from the Philippines too :)...yes, most of them requires one year acute care experience. I've searched for the new grad programs but sadly I've missed the dates for filing of applications.. Am I too late in this season? BTW I'm from San Diego. I really don't know what to do and I'm starting to get frustrated.

HI everyone, i recently passed NCLEX-RN here in California and has no any previous clinical experience here at US .. Can anyone give me advice or insights about starting my professional career as a registered nurse? 'Coz almost all hospitals and even skilled facilities don't hire new nurses .

thank you everyone.. i already tried the pearsonvue trick.. and it looks like i passed.. but i dont know yet the official results. i am currently looking where to start my career. since i am new here at US coz i graduated from the philippines i dont know where or how to start looking.. any advice?
