HI there Brittney I didn't take the Kaplan Test yet because the dean advices me first to apply in World Education Services to evaluate my transcripts because I got a Nursing Degree in The Philippines I'm still waiting for the results though the Dean and the Registrar checked my transcripts they said if my Education is valid in US they just gonna give me a One year to take the course so I can take the NCLEX and the course will be on Fall 2012.. maybe If my transcript is fine I'm gonna start completing all the requirements for admission.. Hopefully I can complete the application till January,, Good luck to us!!!hopefully we can get in,,

thanks for the information Ms. Silver i got my GC already they're asking proof of residency in state we're I reside and I send an e-mail in VErmont they don't issue license without a Philippine license ME it's really hard here in ME,,

hi silverdragon i already ask the state board of nursing here in ME if they are accepting endorsement from another state and they told me No they still need my license in the Philippines,,I ask also in New Hampshire they can allow me to take NCLEX without a license in the Philippines but they require me a proof of residency which is I can't give and I can't move also because my husband got a good paying job here in ME

I need some advice,,Help,, I got a bachelor Degree in Nursing in the Philippines but unfortunately I don't have my license there which the Maine Board of Nursing required to get NCLEX in ME and be a nurse. I graduated 3 years ago so I'm thinking to go back in school and get associate in Nursing and hopefully my credentials will be credited and just take a year in school. Hopefully you can give me some advices and information about this, Thank you very much. I want to know which school also is the best and affordable i looked into SMCC but there program is on 2013 fall i don't want to wait for that long, hopefully someone can help about here,,

Hi is it CMMC is a good school for nursing school in ME Im planning to enroll this coming fall.But i need some advice what to do first because I got a bachelor degree in nursing in the Philippines but unfortunately i don't have my license in my own country that's why I can't take the NCLex now I'm planning to take Associate in Nursing In CMMC hopefully they credit my credentials. thank You sir for replying,,I already tried calling the Maine BON they dont accept it graduate Nurse now i"m searching some sates that they allow graduate Nurse w/o a licensed then thy just endorsed me if i can't find any states no choice il just go back home to take the NLE,,but hopefully i dont need to do that,,

Hi all I' am from the Philippines i was graduated last 2008 as a BSN in the Philippines but i never had a licensed in my own country,after i graduate I work as a Teller in a bank in my country because there is no job for nurses in my own country so times goes by i forgot to take the Local board then after two years get Married a Guy from Maine and move here in Maine for Good i want to pursue my Nursing Career now,,but i dont where to start since Maine required a licensed from my own country but I read some blog that if i dont a licensed i just need to do the CES in CGFNS and do the NCLEX I,m not really sure about this I tried calling Maine BON many times there anwers is very unreliable some say I dont need a licensed in my own country some they said I just need to do the CES I' am really frustrated,,I'am also planing if there is no way to be a Nurse in Maine because i dont have license in my home country,I'm gonna try some community school then they going to evaluate my credential and take some classes,,i dont know what to do I'm confuse hope somebody can help me,,Thank you,,GOd bless,,
