My concern is if i can start second year in the rpn program since my first year was in rn program . am not just interested in the rn program anymore.

i need urgent help and suggestions. i have a bachelor degree in a course i do not like and from back home not here in canada. and currently i am in the RN program in Ryerson University, i failed a course in second year so now i have to take it all over again. i passed my first year. but i am thinking of just changing school (to a college) and finish up in the rpn program and forget about the rn program. Can someone advise me on the procedure i have to follow to get my rpn diploma in just a year since i have finished 1st year. besides i have a small baby and i am in so much debt so i really need to start working to pay off my bills. how do i change my program and what are my chances of getting a good job as an rpn. urgent replies please, a
