Hi, I am supposed to take the JATA test next Friday and really would like any advice that you can give regarding this pre-hiring test. I have been a nurse for 3.5 years, all of my time spent in ICU. Thanks for all your help in advance regarding this matter, it is greatly appreciated!

i'm graduating with my bsn and i'm currently working on my resume and i want to work in the icu...how should i word my objective...also i have spent 266 clinical hours in the icu setting (junior practicum, senior practicum, and management), should i incorporate these hours into my objective?

i have been completing my senior practicum rotation (230 hours) and have bonded with all the nurses that work on the same shift as my preceptor....they all were willing to allow me to work with them, there is 5 nurses and 1 nurses manager i have worked with. what would be some good ideas to show appreciation and let them know that they all have helped with my education. two things i will already be doing is a card for the unit and baking a cake, but i need some ideas for each individual...5 are girls and 1 is a guy. thanks in advance for help with this, i truly appreciate it!!!!
