  1. Does any of the current ABSN/Upper division students or new Fall 2011 students have any information on health insurance. I don't have any health insurance as at present and was counting on getting one when the school resumes. Called the school insurance and was told that the open enrollment is going to be sometimes in Aug; but the health forms specifies that we have to bring to match-day(July 28th).
  2. Thank you CNA Sam. Was just curious. An advisor in another school where I work told me the new entrants into their nursing program are required to bring $700 for 2 pairs each of scrubs, customized school T shirts and pants, shoes, panty hose for ladies and other kits. So you know where i 'm coming from. But I will heed your advise about the $20 scrub though.
  3. Evening, do you by chance know if are to buy our clinical SCRUBS through the school or we should just buy it from outside. Just wld like to know.
  4. Thanks. i did an orientation back in may and so, i guess i will only need to attend the match day orientation. And concerning the immunization stuff, i am jumping right on it. thanks again
  5. Thanks FLFISH, however I received a better news today; my status was changed to ACCEPTED
  6. Congrats FLFish, unfortunately I was put on the alternate list for the ABSN. I don't know when the result for the upper division comes out though 'cos I applied to both. Congrats again.
  7. Hey guys, I learnt from the school that we should hear by the end of this week. Hope its good news. cannot wait.
  8. Can someone tell me what is going on at USF. This waiting game is getting out of hand. I presume their new admission decision measures is getting the best of them already.Or how does the student even get to prepare knowing fall is just at the corner.
  9. Has anybody received any news or letter, this waitin is killin me. I don't seem to know how to not worry about it.
  10. I guess we should start getting the buzz from say tomorrow. The admission decision process would be more holistic this time around I think. some of us have very minimal health experience, I just pray we receive good news.
  11. Received the same message on 16th. I guess all we have to do now is hope they respond soon. I know acceptance notification were sent out around 22nd -29th for last year fall admission. Just hope.
  12. I live in Tally and I'm kind of curious to know if those that took their pathos at FSU did it online and was it the NGR 5140 Advanced Pathophysiology (4) listed on the FSUONLINE website? Or is there an in-class version of the course I could attend?
  13. . If you plan on applying to FSU for spring 2012 admission you might want to apply at butlerCC asap for the summer.
  14. FSU also accepts pathophysiology from Butler community college. The website works. just check http://www.butlercc.edu/ and apply.
  15. Really, I'm trying to apply to FSU, USF, and MCG in georgia for the MSNCNL program, so I kind of need the pathophysiology at any rate. So, yes i'm applying to FSU for next spring. Heard pathophysiology is a little hard but think it's doable. Thanks for the update on the website's status though.
