  1. TKuhn, I hate to hear that, about coding & billing. Don't feel like a dummy, there are a lot of us doing the same thing. You have to try, or you will never know if you can do it. I had Radiography as my backup plan, took the Hobet 2 x, and could never score high enough in the reading area....all other areas I did pretty good. Then I took the Teas for the 3rd time and still have not scored over a 70.Then you see people on here talking about not even studying and making in the 80's & 90's. We just have to hope for the best!
  2. How is it going? I would love to hear some info about the program. I hope to be getting in this Fall! Jeanette
  3. Hi, I am trying to get in the LPN program for this fall. My name is Jeanette, I have all of my classes done with a 4.0 except Diet and Nutrition. I am taking that this summer. I am re-taking the TEAS Thursday. I am so nervous, I got a 67.3% last time and I know that isn't high enough. How is everyone else doing with classes and TEAS? Can we compare scores so maybe we can get an idea of what the acceptance scores might be? Thanks! I will post how I do on my Teas Thursday. Good luck everyone!!! Jeanette
  4. Has anyone recently been accepted into Chattahoochee Tech? I am trying to into the LPN program for this fall. My GPA is a 4.0, but my TEAS is only 67.3%. I am taking it again this Thursday to hopefully get a better grade. Can anyone please post some new Teas scores. Also if you went to Chattahoochee Tech, can please tell me if you liked it and if you got a job right out of school! Thanks in advance! Thanks, Jeanette
  5. Thank you! It helps to hear from anyone with same goal.
  6. :tku: Thanks for your opinion. I think RN is what I will try for, because of the time issue. It is so competitive, I just hope that I can do it. I am very determined, so if I do my best hopefully that will get me there! :hrnsmlys:
  7. Thanks for your response. That's great that you love your job! It also make me feel better that there are actually so many people older than me going to school. I am 38, we'll 39 this year. I have twins that are 4 and a 3 yr old so I need to get done with school soon and get money coming in. I just hope that I make the right decision! :thankya: Thank you, jalligood
  8. I am currently taking my core classes for nursing and I am trying to figure out the best way. I am thinking about getting my LPN then bridging to RN. I thought that might be good so I could get some experience and make sure I like it. But, then I am getting to old to be in school so maybe I better just go for RN. Do any of you regret doing LPN? I have an appointment with my adviser in April to compare the two options. I would really appreciate any tips I can get! Thanks, jalligood
