Thank you - yeah unfortunately some of those nurses aren't the type to lend a helping hand, so to speak, when I asked about who they shadowed they were really cagey about it all.

Looking through your posts it looks like you've got into the Lakes doctorate program - congrats! If you know of any working CRNAs in the area that are experienced but are also into teaching/shadowing, I'd really appreciate it.

Hey guys! I'm an RN, BSN with 2 years SICU experience in a Level II Trauma center in Baton Rouge, LA. I will eventually apply to CRNA school down the road, but from my research it seems many practicing CRNAs recommend that those entering the field as much time following/shadowing someone as possible. Anybody wanting to take someone eager to learn under their wing - please contact me. Thanks in advance
