Hey ya'll, So, I'm new to the site and in need of HELP!! I am a new grad, passed the NCLEX in Jan. and have applied for about 25 new grad/no experience required jobs- cover letter and resume with the last 12-15 (forgot about cover letters because I was soooo excited about applying for jobs). Yet, I have heard NOTHING except "your application has not been selected, good luck." How do I get a phone call or interview??? My husband is in the Marines and we moved to Charleston, SC in November. I graduated from UNCW in NC, so I do not have clinical experience in any of the hospitals down here nor do I know anyone that can help me get my "foot in the door." I have read from many other posts that it is difficult to get a nursing job here, but I need one because I can't move! I have been in touch with nurse recruiters and tried to get hiring managers names/numbers/etc. but they can't give that information out. I have applied to MUSC, All the Roper St. Francis hospitals, Trident, East Cooper and I'm working on the VA hopsital if I can find the application :). Anyone know how to find jobs for the naval clinics? I have looked/googled everything I can think of- my brain is fried! Does anyone have any suggestions?
