I want to work in OR or ICU so this is also a good opportuinjty for me to learn about medical equipments use in OR. I guess im just gonna do what nlmoor said. I need to pay some bills & I cant last for another month without work.I dont know when the hiring freeze will last. If I wait for it to be over i will be behind my bills. I was expecting to have a work when i graduate & get my licence. This economy is really frustrating i just hope it ends soon.

Hello guys i need some advice on what to say n my interview next week. Im an new Rn and applied for a decontamination/sterilization unit position & i got interview with the dept.manager next week..I was just thinking since i am a nurse i am sure that the dept.manager will think that i wil just leave immediately when i get an RN offer.its ok for me to work there for a few months but not for a long time if i already have an offer for nurse position. So what is the best thing to say whe he ask me about it? I have a lot of friends(nurses) working in the same hosp.they can help me get an rn position but the hosp is on hiring freeze for nurses right now & I dont wanna wait until the hiring freeze is over coz i need to pay some bills. Thanks for helping.
