I dont see any reason why i cant get an ITIN, my main concern is can i use it instead of ssn to claim my rn license, as of now i have no plans working as an rn in regards of my inmigration status. I just want to be able to go to post graduate course

Hi, i am a filipino who passed nclex-rn last 2009 and currently resides in california. My question is can i get the rn license using ITIN? for the sole purpose of getting to post graduate school.

Well right now i just want to expand my knowledge in my chosen profession and I think learning outside the Philippines can make me a more competetive nurse, and also i want to visit my grand mother in Ontario. Btw what visa can i apply i have plans on taking post graduate course or simply a certification program there in California?
