    The interview is very laid back compared to other schools. It is definately a "get to know you" type interview (at least it was last year). The interview panal is composed of staff members, current student, 1 MDA (total of 8). The interview is quite short, maybe 25 min. They normally have about 22 full time slots and 2 or 3 part time slots.Good luck

    I did the ICU new grad program 2 years ago and it was wonderful. Im still where I started....love the unit, love the people! Kaiser also has great opportunities if you wish to advance your education......and the pay is higher then most other facilities.
